What is the COTI Project?
This project seeks to increase access to treatment and recovery supports in the under-served communities of Mongomery, Saratoga and Schenectady Counties utilizing peer supports, clinical services, and emerging technology to support individuals with an opioid use disorder toward recovery closer at home.

A comprehensive continuum of care, including outpatient, intensive outpatient and full day rehabilitation serving individuals and families challenged by drug and alcohol addictions.
A 16 hour educational program, approved by the NYS Department of Motor Vehicles, that helps to restore the driving privileges for individuals convicted of an alcohol- or drug-related driving violation.
These programs provide subsidized supported housing and case management to individuals in early recovery who would otherwise be homeless.
A residential program that provides 24/7 support and supervision in a safe and comfortable home-like setting.
We deliver a widespread range of services that include research-based education programs, skills development for behavioral health, positive alternative activities for youth, and training sessions for parents.
Offers a comprehensive array of community-based services to individuals with addictions to heroin and/or opioid-based prescriptions.
